2. Scope
These terms of use apply to the WordPress plugin Enfants Img Performer (Free and PRO) and the optional CO₂ statistics service at tools.enfants.de/imp-stats/.
3. Free feature – CO₂ statistics (opt-in)
The plugin includes an optional feature for anonymous participation in a global savings statistic. This feature is disabled by default and must be actively enabled by the user.
When enabled, the plugin sends the following data once per day to https://tools.enfants.de/imp-stats/:
- An anonymous, randomly generated site ID (UUID v4, generated locally)
- The total amount of bytes saved through WebP conversion
No IP addresses, domain names, images or personal data are transmitted. The service is operated by Enfants Terribles digital GmbH on an EU server (Netcup, Germany).
4. Availability
We strive for high availability of the statistics service but do not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. The plugin functions fully regardless of the availability of this service.
5. Plugin licence
The plugin Enfants Img Performer (Free) is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+).
The PRO version is also licensed under a GPL-compatible licence. Purchasing a PRO licence entitles you to use the PRO features in accordance with the terms of the respective purchase agreement via Digistore24.
6. Disclaimer
The plugin is provided "as is". We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of the plugin, to the extent permitted by applicable law. A backup of your data prior to installation is recommended.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms of use at any time. The current version is always available at this URL.
